Delivery Options

VisaSmart Travel Solutions Ltd are able to facilitate returning your documents to you in a number of ways to suit you.

Whether you decide to have your documents returned to you by post, courier or be met at the airport, VisaSmart Travel Solutions Ltd use only the most secure forms of delivery to ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion. Once you have received your order, please check the details carefully for any spelling mistakes or errors. The key details to check are as follows: Your name is stated in full as it appears in your passport including middle names, passport number, correct photographs, visa type & number of entries is as requested and the date of issue & date of expiration cover the duration of your trip.

VisaSmart Travel Solutions Ltd will return completed orders by your chosen method; third party delivery companies are subject to their own conditions and these apply. VisaSmart Travel Solutions Ltd accepts no liability for loss or delays incurred when using third party delivery companies while your documents are in their possession.

Delivery Services Available Through VisaSmart Travel Solutions Ltd

Royal Mail Special Delivery

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery is a tracked, next working day guaranteed, signed-for delivery service available to all addresses within the UK. VisaSmart Ltd use only tear-resistant polythene envelopes to keep your documents safe & secure. The fee for this service is £9.50

DHL International Ltd

  • D.H.L International is a tracked international delivery service available to clients outside of the UK. Delivery times vary depending on location. The fee for this service is £45.00

Door-to-Door Collection & Delivery

  • VisaSmart Travel Solutions Ltd are able to send one of our own couriers to collect and/or deliver your documents straight to your door. Charges are dependant on location and are priced on request. We would require at least 48 hours notice via email to operations@visasmart.co.uk in order to accept your request. Although we currently only service the London area, we may be able to operate outside of these boundaries for an additional fee depending on availability. Please get in touch with a member of our team to discuss this.

Airport Collection/Delivery

  • If your order is urgent or your pushed for time, VisaSmart Travel Solutions Ltd are able to send a member of our team to meet you at 2 selected London airports to deliver your documentation to you before you fly out OR to collect your documents from you as soon as you arrive. Applications received in this way will usually be processed and submitted to the relevant issuing authority the following working day. Whether we are collecting or delivering your documents at an airport, we will require at least 72 hours notice via email with your terminal information & departure/arrival time to admin@visasmart.co.uk to ensure availability in order to accept your request. The fee for this service is £100.00 during office hours or £150.00 outside office hours. This service applies to the following London airports: Heathrow Airport Terminals 2-5; Gatwick Airport North & South Terminals

Personal Collection

  • Nearby or just prefer to do things yourself? Feel free to drop by our offices to collect your documents in person. Our collection hours are between 10.30am - 2.30pm Mon-Fri and we will notify you by email one working day before your documents are ready for collection. You must wait to receive this email before travelling to our offices. If somebody else is collecting your documents on your behalf, you will need to notify us of this person's name via email to admin@visasmart.co.uk before we are able to release the passport to them.
