Documentation Required to

Apply for a Guinea Tourist e-Visa

You must enclose all required documentation in full when sending your application to us. Failure to do so may result in a delay with your application while this information is sought.

  • Photocopy of passport identity page. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond date of entry to Guinea

  • Application questionnaire completed, printed & signed (download Visa Pack above)

  • UK Passport regulation photograph (digital or physical) Must be a different photograph to the one used in the applicant's passport.

  • Yellow Fever vaccination certificate

  • Return flight itinerary

Important Information

The visa is applied electronically, no stamp or visa label will be placed in your passport until after you have arrived in Guinea. An Entry Visa Letter will be emailed to you once the application is approved by the Authority. You will need to proceed to the

visa on-arrival counter to get your visa when you arrive in Guinea.


Applicant photo and fingerprints will be captured at the

enrollment counter. You must carry the following documents to show to immigration on arrival: 

  • Valid Passport (with validity more than 6 months)

  • Your Entry Visa Letter

  • Sufficient funds (Cash/ Travellers Cheque/Debit or Credit Cards) to cover expenses during your stay at Guinea

  • Yellow Fever & COVID - 19 vaccination certificate

  • A valid return ticket & Proof of accommodation

  • If you are not travelling to your resident country after Guinea, you may need to show documentation (visa) for onward travel.


The validity of the e-Visa is 90 days or less from when you enter Guinea.


You should apply no less than 5 days before your intended entry date into Guinea.


The e-visa is usually issued within 3-5 business days but can take longer. We advise that you do not confirm any flight booking until your visa has been issued.

This will open your visa pack containing the forms necessary for your application and a checklist of requirements for your Information. You must complete all the forms provided and print them once you have done so. Finally, sign where necessary and send the complete list of required documentation to us to begin processing your application.
