2nd Passport Application
All passport services require us to pre-book an appointment to attend on your behalf. Please note that we can attend the London office only. Appointment times are subject to availability at the Passport Office in London and cannot be guaranteed.
Processing time is 1 week. The new book will be mailed to the UK address placed on the application form directly from the Passport Office within 1 week of the booked appointment.
To apply at the Passport Office, you must be currently in the UK. Those residing abroad, must apply for an Overseas British passport.
For 1st time 2nd passports, if the primary passport cannot be supplied, please send a full copy of every page. Please note, however, that your company letter must confirm why the primary book cannot be supplied. This reason cannot be because you are traveling outside of the UK.
When applying for a 2nd passport renewal and you are unable to provide both passports, you can send a copy of every page of the book NOT being renewed. If this is the case, the company letter must confirm why the original 2nd book cannot be sent. This reason cannot be because you are traveling outside of the UK.
The company letter will not be accepted if it is a copy - please ensure the original is provided.
If you have had a passport cancelled (due to lost or stolen) within the last 3 years, you may be required to attend an interview.
We are unable to apply for dual nationals.

UK passport regulation photograph – can not be the same photo used in your current passport
Original letter from employing business on company letterhead and signed by a manager or director. It must state your employed position, the need and reason for a 2nd passport and approximate travel itinerary for the next 3-6 months to evidence this need.
Original primary passport – If you cannot supply the primary passport, the employers letter must explain why the passport cannot be supplied. This cannot be because you are traveling as you must be in the UK during the process.
