Travel Itinerary displaying return journey – Airline or travel agent pre-booking. Flight dates must correspond with those mentioned on the invitation. Please note the pre-purchase of any ticket is not necessary for the application process and does not automatically guarantee the issuance of your visa

Copy of Recent Bank Statement issued within 45 days of application. Online banking will not be accepted unless it contains the name, address & transactions. You can black out the account number only.

International Certification of Vaccination (Yellow Fever)

Copy of Invitation Letter in Portuguese & must contain details of the inviting person/company, travel purpose, responsibility of stay & accommodation. Must include full name, nationality, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, passport expiry date & occupation of applicant. Travel dates must match those displayed on the flight itinerary
