Important Information
If this service has any special requirements, processes or rules they will be listed here. If applicable to this service, please read this section carefully to ensure you fully understand the entirety of the process.

Technical Assistance Visas/Temporary Work Visas are subject to prior approval by the Brazilian Ministry of Labour. The process must be initiated in Brazil, by the sponsoring company (on behalf of the applicant), with submission of the pertinent application and supporting documentation to that Ministry. The embassy will issue visa validity according to the approval provided by their Ministry of Labor.

You can apply no more than 3 months before your planned arrival date.

Processing time in the embassy is usually 10 business days but can take longer. We advise that you do not confirm any flight booking until your visa has been confirmed. Once the embassy has begun the process, the passport will be unavailable until the process is complete.

This embassy will only process applications for UK nationals or residents.

Please ensure that the same photos that are uploaded are provided with your visa application. Using a different photo will result in your application being rejected at the end of the 10 day process. Please also ensure that your signature on the application form matches that displayed in your passport.
