Apply for a Burundi Business visa
You must enclose all required documentation in full when sending your application to us. Failure to do so may result in a delay with your application while this information is sought.
Original Passport valid for at least 6 months with 2 blank pages
Application form - this must be completed at https://burundiembassy.co.uk/visa-application/ Please ensure you print and sign the submitted form.
UK Passport regulation photographs x2 stapled to each application form
Evidence of travel arrangements (booking/confirmation)
Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate
Invitation letter from Burundi organization stating applicant's full name, passport details and purpose of visit
Letter of guarantee from employing company
Non British passport holders must provide evidence of UK residency as follows;
- Holders of EU member states must provide a copy of a recent utility bill & recent bank statement
- All other foreign nationals must provide a UK visa/residence permit that is valid for at least 6 months.

Processing time in the embassy is usually 15 business days but can take longer. We advise that you do not confirm any flight booking until your visa has been confirmed.Once the embassy has begun the process, the passport will be unavailable until the process is complete.
