Documentation Required To

Apply for a Cameroon Business visa

You must enclose all required documentation in full when sending your application to us. Failure to do so may result in a delay with your application while this information is sought.

  • Application questionnaire

  • Passport copy - original must be valid for at least 6 months

  • UK Passport regulation photograph

  • Letter of Invitation, legalised by the Cameroon Police, issued by either the host, contact or partner in Cameroon accompanied by a legalised copy of the Cameroonian National Identity Card or Residence Permit of the signatory

  • Return or continuation ticket

  • Bank statement showing atleast £1,000 except where a tour operator or Travel Agency is organising a trip

  • Valid Vaccination Certificate (Yellow Fever)

This service is to complete the online application, upload your documents, pay for the visa & book an appointment for fingerprints where applicable.


This visa is applied online initially. We will transfer your information onto the online portal, upload your documents, pay the visa fee & forward either the received authorisation with QR code for fingerprinting on arrival OR we will contact you for an appointment date if you are requested to attend the High Commission in London. Please note that the applicant will be expected to attend if they are not deemed to live too far away from the High Commission. Appointment requests are strictly at the discretion of the High Commission & refunds will not be provided should you choose not to attend for fingerprinting. For those that do not reside in the UK & have have a diplomatic mission in their region, an appointment will be booked in that region.


You can apply no more than 3 months before your planned arrival date.


Processing time in the embassy is usually 10 business days for standard services or 1 business day for express services.


The embassy will issue visa validity according to the invitation only.


This embassy is closed every Friday.
