Flight itinerary showing entry & exit from Congo DR

Bank statement issued within last 30 days to prove financial stability while in DRC. Online statements are not allowed unless it confirms applicant's name, address, balance & transactions.

Proof of UK residency i.e Resident card or utility bill

Yellow Fever Certificate

Letter from Employer confirming good character and conduct, applicant's employed position, reason for travel & intention to return to work. Unemployed applicants must instead provide a police/CRB certificate

Invitation letter from Host/Sponsor (Must be certified by the Ministry of Affairs or DGM office in Kinshasa)

Minors must also provide a copy of both parent's passport as well as the child' full birth certificate and a signed letter of authorisation to travel from the parents.
